Hey there! I’m AJ —industrial engineer, lifelong gym-goer, and now the founder of GymFlow. After years of planning workouts around crowds, I realized the problem wasn’t motivation—it was information. GymFlow shows live crowd levels and muscle-area availability so you can decide where and when to train in seconds. I’m starting in Boston with a small group of early users.
